Yes. The Growth plan supports Android, iOS, and macOS devices, all managed from a single console. Each enrolled device (regardless of OS) counts as one device toward your billing. Enterprise plans also include Linux and IoT device support.
How does billing work—per active device or enrolled device?

Billing is based on the number of currently enrolled (active) devices at the time of invoicing. If you retire or unenroll a device, it stops contributing to your bill from the following billing cycle. You're never charged for devices you're no longer managing.
